Meet your Holistic Psychologist

Kathryn Gale

Guiding you to a place where you feel more confident, at ease, and in control through in-person and online therapy.

I believe good mental health isn’t just about what happens in therapy—it’s shaped by how we think, eat, move, rest, and manage stress.

That’s why I take a holistic psychology approach, integrating:

Mindfulness & Meditation

Tools to calm the mind, regulate stress, and stay present (even when life feels overwhelming).

Nutrition & Mental Health

Understanding how gut health, whole foods, and lifestyle impact mood, energy, and resilience.

About Me

In addition to working as a registered psychologist for 20 years, I’ve trained as a mindfulness meditation teacher and nutrition consultant, completing my studies in functional nutrition with The Nutrition Academy—an organisation dedicated to promoting holistic health. This allows me to take a truly holistic approach to therapy, one that goes beyond traditional psychology to support your overall well-being.

Beyond my practice, I’m also creating an organic farm just north of Sydney—Three Chicks Farm—where I continue to explore the connection between nature, sustainability, and the role fresh, whole foods play in mental and physical health.

A global perspective, a personal approach

With over 20 years of experience as a psychologist, I’ve seen firsthand the power of therapy — not just for solving problems, but for helping people create lives that feel fulfilling, and true to them.

I’ve had the privilege of offering 1:1 therapy and leading corporate mental health workshops across Australia, Hong Kong, and the APAC region. This diverse experience has shaped my practical, solution-focused approach to therapy—one that’s centred on real, lasting change.
